The Glow Tox – $149/Month
Toxin Allowance: Up to 45 units per visit, for up to 4 visits per year (spaced 12 weeks apart, restricted to aesthetic face and neck areas)

Once a year: 1x Advanced Treatments upgrades per year of either BBL HEROic, or MOXI

Terms and Conditions: All memberships require a 12-month commitment. Your membership year and monthly billing cycle begin on your exact date of purchase, with automated billing occurring monthly on your anniversary date. No cancellations, refunds, or pauses are permitted. Membership treatments and discounts are non-transferable, must be billed to a secure credit card on file, and cannot be combined with other promotions or paid for using Beauty Passes. The Glow Plan & The Glow Flex membership holders may roll over a maximum of two unused monthly treatments, which must be redeemed within 14 months of the original sign-up date. The Glow Tox & The Glow Tox Plus memberships are strictly excluded from treatment rollovers. The Glow Tox Plus membership excludes therapeutic/body treatments (e.g., TMJ/masseters, hyperhidrosis, migraines) and any treatments outside clinically appropriate dosing intervals (maximum 4 sessions per year). If credit card billing is unavailable, full upfront payment for the 12-month period is required upon sign-up.
