Update on Our Non-Surgical Cancellation Policy

Life sometimes has a way of disrupting our careful plans—we totally get that and have experienced it ourselves. We’ve never charged cancellation fees for missed appointments for non-surgical treatments, even as no-shows and very last minute cancellations have become more and more frequent over the years.
Like so many businesses in Toronto and across the country, we have been deeply impacted by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to ensure the safety of everyone who comes through our doors, we’ve implemented a number of new measures around scheduling appointments and shifts for our staff. When someone is a no-show for an appointment, it affects everyone involved, from our team to our patients.
With that in mind, we’ve updated our cancellation and no-show policy for our non-surgical services. Effective immediately, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellation, unless you are feeling unwell, are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or fail to pass our COVID-19 screening test.
If you cancel your appointment after the 24 hours notice deadline, or if you fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee. The feel will be charged to you during your next appointment with us. We will charge this fee up to a maximum of three missed appointments. After three no-shows, we will be required to charge the full cost of the treatment booked for subsequent no-show appointments.
To re-iterate, if you are feeling unwell the day of your appointment, are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, or fail to pass our COVID-19 screening test you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
