Miracle 10 Sunscreen Approved by the Melanoma Network of Canada

She recommends wearing sunscreen every day. Whether it’s sunny or overcast, your skin is still being affected by harmful UV rays. She also suggests applying a minimum of 1 tsp (approximately 5 mL) of sunscreen to the face alone. Protection all day is important, but it’s most important between 11 am and 4 pm. Wearing a hat and sunglasses to help protect from sun exposure is also a great idea.
