I need Botox now! How do I get started with the loyalty program?
Easy! There are a few different ways.
I’m signed up for Brilliant Distinctions, but at another clinic.
No worries! Your points are not tied to your previous clinic. You can continue earning and using points when you get treatments at The Plastic Surgery Clinic.
Do my points expire?
Your points don’t expire, but the coupons do. So we recommend waiting to generate a coupon until the day of your appointment. If you accidentally generated a coupon, we can totally make a few calls for you and get your situation sorted out.
I’m confused, and don’t get how it works.
We get it! Visit us and we’ll take a look at everything with you, answer any questions you might have, and walk you through the process step by step. By the end, you’ll be a Brilliant Distinctions pro. We’ll make sure you’re on your way to cashing in those coupons!
